HOW TO MAKE A FACE MASK

Making a face mask is simple. You can make them out of things we all have in our homes, the most effective being a pillow case or duvet cover, or a cotton t-shirt. You don't need elastic bands as you can make ties out of old tee-shirts. We have put together a step-by-step guide to help you get your needle going.
